ABOUT ELIZABETH ROSE

Elizabeth Rose is a certified Birth Doula, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Instructor, and lifelong advocate for women’s strength, intuition, and sovereignty. Her path into birth work grew from a deep desire to support women in the moments that matter most—moments of becoming, of unraveling, of rising.

Elizabeth’s online doula trainings are grounded in lived experience, emotional intelligence, and embodied practice. She teaches not just the what of birth work, but the how—how to listen deeply, how to anchor yourself in intensity, how to hold space with compassion, and how to show up as a steady, confident presence for birthing families.

Her students describe her as nurturing, insightful, and empowering—someone who sees your potential before you even see it yourself. Through her courses, you’ll gain foundational skills, advanced tools, and the inner clarity needed to walk your doula path with purpose.
